My top three issues

TrafficWith multiple new apartment complexes being built in Northglenn, our traffic control and enforcement services are going to be under even more stress than they already are. I would like to find ways to make our major roadways more efficient, safer, and easier to navigate. My ideas include: adding bike lanes to all major streets, reducing red light running violations, and simplifying the intersections and lane changes on 104th between I-25 and Huron.

HousingI would like Northglenn to work with residential property management companies and builders to make sure that the people who want to work in our City can afford to live in our City.

Utility ServicesWith energy and water costs on the rise, I believe it is vital that Northglenn works to become as energy and water efficient as possible. We have so many amazing programs, strengthening and expanding those would be a great place to start.
About me
I was born and raised in Mesa, Arizona. I earned a BFA in Theatre from Arizona State University and am a proud member of the SAG/AFTRA union. When both of my children were diagnosed with developmental disabilities, I became their primary caregiver and advocate. In the four years since my family moved to Northglenn, I completed the Adams 12 Five Star Leadership Academy and for two years each I served on the District Accountability Committee, the Policy Advisory Committee, and as the Treasurer for Cotton Creek Elementary’s PTO. This year, I was appointed to Northglenn’s Diversity Inclusivity and Social Equity Board, completed the Citizen’s Police Academy, and joined their alumni volunteer group.
